SECTION 1 - THE BESPOKE SERVICE & ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. To provide our Services, we require "Fit Data" (measurements, height, weight, etc.). You warrant that all information provided is accurate. Because our products are custom-made to your specific data, any inaccuracies in the information you provide may result in a garment that does not fit; Boss & Bespoke is not liable for fit issues arising from incorrect user data.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & FABRIC CHARACTERISTICS

We specialize in 100% Pure Linen.

  • Natural Variations: You acknowledge that linen is a natural fiber. Small variations in color, "slubs" (natural irregularities in the yarn), and a natural shrinkage of 2-3% after the first wash are characteristics of the fabric and are not considered defects.

  • Color Representation: We strive for accuracy, but the "Pure White" or "Natural Oat" you see on a screen may vary slightly in person due to digital display settings.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue linen "Series" at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - CUSTOM ORDERS & "TAILORED BY DATA"

Unlike "off-the-rack" retail, our products are created only after an order is placed.

  • Acceptance: Your order is an offer. We confirm acceptance only after your "Fit Profile" is reviewed by our team.

  • No Cancellations: Because fabric is cut specifically to your measurements, cancellations are not permitted after 24 hours of order placement.

  • Sizing Tolerance: You accept a professional tailoring tolerance of up to 0.5 inches variance from the digital profile coordinates.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS & THE "FIRST FIT" GUARANTEE

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our [Refund Policy].

  • Because items are bespoke, we do not offer monetary refunds for "change of mind."

  • Our "First Fit" guarantee covers one complimentary remake or alteration to refine your Fit Profile.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & FIT DATA

All content on this site, including the proprietary logic behind our "60-Second Fit" tool, is the property of Boss & Bespoke.

  • You are granted a limited license for personal use.

  • You may not use our brand name, imagery, or "Bespoke" branding for commercial resale or unauthorized marketing.

SECTION 6 - PROHIBITED USES & AGENTS

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

  • AI & Scraping: We strictly prohibit the use of automated "Agents," "Spiders," or AI-scraping tools to harvest our design patterns, pricing data, or customer Fit Profiles.

  • Any Agent accessing the site must identify itself in the HTTP header as Agent/[agent name] and must not attempt to bypass CAPTCHAs.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Boss & Bespoke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from the use of our tailored garments. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
