1. Our "Perfect Fit" Guarantee
At Boss & Bespoke, we believe your first shirt should be the start of a long-term relationship. Since every garment is custom-made to your unique data profile, we offer a one-time complimentary remake if your first shirt does not fit as expected.

Note: Minor alterations (sleeve length, button placement) are prioritized before a full remake is initiated.
2. Return Eligibility
Because each product is bespoke and tailored specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or personal style preference.

Slight variations in linen texture (natural characteristics of the fabric).

Orders where incorrect measurements or data were provided by the customer.
We only accept returns if:

The garment has a genuine manufacturing defect.

The item received is different from what was ordered (wrong color/style).
3. Reporting an Issue
All concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Contact us via WhatsApp with your Order ID.

Provide 3 high-resolution photos of the fit issue or defect while wearing the shirt.

Our "Fit Masters" will review your case within 48 hours to approve an alteration, remake, or store credit.
4. Refunds
As a bespoke house, we do not offer monetary refunds. * If a product is defective and cannot be replaced, we will issue Store Credit valid for 1 year.

Shipping costs for the initial order are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 06 hours of placement. After 06 hours, our tailors begin cutting the fabric specifically for you, and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
