Shipping policy

1. The Bespoke Timeline

Because we do not keep "off-the-shelf" inventory, every order is hand-cut and sewn specifically for you.

  • Tailoring Period: It typically takes 7 to 10 business days to craft your garment after your "Fit Profile" is confirmed.

  • Quality Check: Every shirt undergoes a 12-point quality inspection before being dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (India Only)

Currently, Boss & Bespoke only ships within India. We do not accept or process international orders at this time.

  • Shipping Rates: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your bespoke garment is handed over to our courier partners, you will receive:

  • Email Notification: With a direct tracking link.

  • WhatsApp Update: Real-time alerts sent to your registered mobile number.

4. Address Changes & Support

Accuracy is key for a perfect delivery.

  • 24-Hour Window: You can request an address change or order modification within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at info@bossandbespoke.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.

  • Direct Support: For any urgent shipping inquiries, reach out to our concierge team at +91 6300059010.

  • Post-Dispatch: Once a package has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it or change the delivery address.

5. Delivery Failures

If our courier partner is unable to deliver after 3 attempts due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to our tailoring house.

  • Reshipping Fee: A secondary shipping fee of ₹250 will be charged to resend the order to a corrected address.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly tampered with or damaged, please take a photo before opening and contact us via WhatsApp at +91 6300059010 within 24 hours.
